IAA successfully held a roadshows for the Voice of Change initiative in Chennai on 31st August 2023. The events were conducted at the RK Swamy office The events consisted of a presentation on a research study conducted by UNICEF and Geena Davis Institute on gender portrayal in Ads, as well as a panel discussion by Chennai’s eminent creative minds and brand-makers across the industry. The research study was presented by Ms Geetanjali Master, Partnership Specialist, UNICEF. The panel at RK Swamy was moderated by Ms Megha Tata CEO, Cosmos Maya & Co- Chairperson of Women Empowerment Committee in the India Chapter of IAA, and comprised of:

The President of RK Swamy - Mr. V V Vijay Kumar and the Chairman and MD – Mr. Srinivasan K Swamy also addressed the audience – an eager group 30 to 40 creative minds associated with RK Swamy in various capacities.
