IAA Retrospect & Prospects, presented by ABP Network, hosted Rajeev Chaba, President and Managing Director of MG Motor India, as the keynote speaker. 

Mr. Chaba emphasized the importance of inclusive progress, stating, “No country can progress if women are not part of the formal economy of the country.” He shared how MG Motor India has made gender diversity and community development central to its values—ranging from workplace representation, where women make up 31% of the workforce, to initiatives supporting girl child education and rural women’s skill development.

He also highlighted the power of goodwill and storytelling in strengthening customer-dealer relationships and enhancing brand experience.
