IndIAA Awards 2024: Top Brands and Agencies Shine

Mumbai, 22nd August 2024 – The 9th edition of the IndIAA Awards, hosted by the India Chapter of the International Advertising Association, celebrated the best in Indian advertising, honoring creativity and impactful storytelling.

Key Highlights:

  • Google won in Telecom, Technology & Logistics, while Colgate-Palmolive claimed the Personal Care category.
  • Ogilvy bagged 4 awards; Moonshot followed with 3.
  • RedBus triumphed in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality.
  • EssenceMediacom and Wavemaker took home 3 awards each; Havas Media, Madison Media, Mindshare, and IPG Mediabrands secured 2 each.
  • St. Jude India ChildCare Centres and Urban Company shared the Voice of Change award.
  • Tempest Advertising received the IAA Cause Related Award for their Autism awareness campaign.

Supported by partners including OPEN, Teads, Mobligent Media, The Indian Express, Dinamalar, and Bobble AI, the event spotlighted 15+ agencies across 19 segments.

With over 300 nominations, only the most impactful campaigns were recognized. Judges, comprised of senior marketers, awarded joint winners in select categories due to close competition.

Winning agencies included MullenLowe Lintas, tgthr, Talented, Manja, Enormous Brands, Toaster, BBH India, The Script Room, Havas Media, and McCann Worldgroup. On the brand side, Swiggy won in Online Classifieds & Commerce, and TVS Motor Company was recognized for its Protect Little Riders campaign.

Abhishek Karnani, Chairman of the IndIAA Awards, noted, “These awards are unique — entries can’t be submitted. Work is chosen based on real impact, judged by senior marketers who understand brand building from the inside out.”
