The IAA India Chapter hosted the 12th IAA Leadership Awards on August 7, 2025, at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. With a theme highlighting the merging of AI and human potential, robots presented trophies as a futuristic touch.

Over 300 leaders from marketing, advertising, media, and business attended the celebration of visionary leadership. Uday Kotak was named IAA Business Leader of the Year 2025, while Prasoon Joshi entered the IAA Hall of Fame.

Actor Kartik Aaryan and actress Tripti Dimri won Brand Endorser of the Year titles. Senthil Kumar (VML) was honoured as Creative Agency Head of the Year, Mohit Joshi (Havas Media) as Media Agency Head of the Year, and Kevin Vaz (JioStar) as Media Person of the Year.

Industry veteran Ramesh Narayan received the Force for Good Award for his ethical leadership and social impact.
