IAA India Chapter Honors Green Champions: Art of Living Named ‘Green Crusader of The Year’

A Decisive Win for Purposeful Design: Chupps Footwear Bags 10 Titles at the 16th Olive Crown Awards, Including ‘Green Brand of the Year’ & ‘Green Advertiser of the Year.’

Mumbai, April 8, 2026 — The India Chapter of the International Advertising Association (IAA) hosted the 16th Olive Crown Awards at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, celebrating excellence in sustainability communication.

The evening featured a thought-provoking conversation between Neeraj Roy and Vaani Kapoor on mindful living, while Aditya Thackeray urged the industry to hold leadership accountable for environmental protection.

Chupps Footwear and Into Creative dominated the night with a record 10 wins for their “Biodegradable World” campaign, securing top honours including Green Brand, Green Advertiser, Green Agency, and Green Campaign of the Year.

The Art of Living was awarded Green Crusader of the Year (Gold) for its Naganadi River revival project. Envision Energy India won Corporate Social Crusader (Gold), with Adani Group and Dainik Bhaskar Group taking Silver.

Chirag Rural Development Foundation won Green NGO of the Year (Gold), while Rotary International received Silver. The Hindu secured two Golds in the Press – Corporate category.

A highlight of the evening was the recognition of the Envision Sundarbans Restoration Project, where Shibani Gharai was felicitated for designing its logo and mnemonic.

IAA President Abhishek Karnani emphasized the power of creativity in driving change, while Chairperson Janak Sarda noted the growing momentum of sustainability across industries.

The evening concluded with a strong call for the creative community to continue championing environmental responsibility.
