The theme for the new series of IAA- India Chapter, Mentorship Webinar Series for the year 2015-16 is ‘Transformation in the Digital Era’.

Dr Shah talked about how mundane tasks being automated gives professionals an opportunity make more judicious use of their time and intellect. He ended his session explaining that professionals and organisations will survive only if they adopt a mind-set of adapting to the reformatted industry and how leadership will need to drive that change.
